We receive many referrals for counselling from All Care Medical - their doctors clearly care about their patients, and their office staff are always responsive to our follow ups

Their license of running medical operations should be cancelled. Worst staff, worst medical practitioners. You should be ashamed of the way you are treating your patients. I wish I had an option to give you negative stars, as there is no way that you deserve even a single star.

Worst customer service ever seen in a doctor's office. Reaching doctor's office by phone drives you nuts and if you managed to reach them, they are in rush and don't let you speak, keep interrupting client without listening to them. I was referred to a specialist in last quarter of 2020 and even after many months I am hearing that another end never received it. Mentioned this to clinic in December and they say they did it already. Already called them many times about this but problem is not resolved.

All Care clinic has always provided our family excellent care and attention. Dr.Rajitha Nadella has been exceptional in that she really listens and does not try to rush you or discredit your concerns. Usually when my wife get her lab results back Dr contact us outside office hours to support us. She is amazing doctor.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. The receptionists are the worst in the world. They'll re-schedule your appointments whenever they feel like it to whatever time they want without notifying you. I only found out my appointment had been shifted to over 17 hours earlier when I got a confirmation email and phone call, both of which didn't even state if the appointment was in person or over the phone. Then, once again without consulting with me, the receptionists re-scheduled my appointment again to an entirely different day. They'll also pickup the phone and hang-up on you if you call. The only reason I still go here is because I haven't found a better family doctor yet, Dr. Mann is a great doctor but his staff are literally the worst in existence. Avoid at all costs Edit: Dr. Mann has since called to apologize and explained that they are using a new system for managing patients that some of the newer staff are having trouble with. I still think that the receptionists are entirely incompetent however my experiences with the doctors themselves has always been pleasant.

This clinic offers the worst services. I had some issues related to my health since December 2021. I called them to get an appointment to see doctor, they refused to give me face to face appoitment and asked me to get blood test done over the call. I have done my blood test and its more than 2 weeks now, no call for the feedback. Today again I called to make appoitment they asked me to see doctor in walk in clinic. I am asking "what is the point of having family doctor when I can not get service when I needed to see doctor.

I had a really bad strep throat that I could barely speak. I called to book a phone appointment but the receptionist said that Dr. Nadella is booked until next Thursday, which is whole one week from the day I called. She asked me to go to a walk-in clinic instead. She mentioned that I had not been to the doctor since 2019 and doubted that I have another family doctor. I told her that I never felt sick after my last visit so I never booked appointment with the doctor. I requested her if the doctor could give me a call and may be prescribe me some antibiotics to help ease the pain. She mentioned that doctor is overly booked and sheโ€™ll put up the request with the doctor to see if she can call me. I waited the whole day and never received any call. Walk-in clinics that I called were also all booked so they couldnโ€™t accommodate me either which is fine because theyโ€™re not my family physician. I find it so disappointing because the whole point of having a family doctor is that they could help you, treat you or cure you when you need them and not tell you to go to the walk-in clinic or come after a week when they are not booked. A person is suffering today and this is not 911 emergency either that I could go to any hospital for. I totally understand that health care system, including the family physicians, are overburdened in these unprecedented times; however, doctors should keep some slots to accommodate for such situations. I asked if any of the other physicians at All Care Medical could consult me over the phone but the receptionist mentioned that nobody is available. This was such a bad experience because I was literally suffering as I could barely eat, speak or drink due to the pain. I feel like doctors should take only as many patients as they could handle.
