With a new baby and my husband working out of town it was a huge decision for us to make. I phoned several well known and highly recommended moving companies and was feeling pretty discouraged with not only the rates but the lack of personalized service. I wasn’t confident that I wouldn’t get raked through the coals with hidden fees at the end of the day. Then I spoke with Keith. I told him my concerns with quotes being ridiculously high or being quoted based on a couple general questions over the phone. He arranged to do a walk through of my place and guaranteed me a flat rate so as to be sure my concerns were addressed. Moving day came and these boys were ready to go. They brought extra materials to help me finish up the last few boxes and worked their butts off to get everything loaded as quickly and efficiently as possible. I was beyond impressed with their work ethic and was even more confident after watching them work. I highly recommend these guys. Keith , Jas and the boys are great people and really go above and beyond!

From the original quote and discussion of services, to the pack, the load, the cross country venture, and the unload at my final destination. Fabulous communication along the way too, from the Manitoba office and from the driver. I have moved a number of times and have never experienced anything as good as this. This company is simply the best!

The move went seamlessly being staffed with friendly, funny and professional movers. Everything was on time (even early!) And no items were damaged whatsoever. Fantastic service...highly recommend!

The move was handled extremely smoothly on both ends, I have to particularly commend the team in Calgary who came in on overtime to accommodate my emergency. They were gracious and extremely professional. This was yet another lesson in 'you get what you pay for'. My budget movers proved themselves totally unreliable and Alero was there for me with absolutely perfect service. I would trust them with any move.
