★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company was highly recommended to me. When I called to get a quote, the price had changed drastically. When asked why so expensive, I was told that the price my family member paid 7 months ago was a COVID deal. Funny how COVID is still here. I was literally shut down. Very disappointed by the way it was handled. Would not recommend Penske due to the way the phone call was handled. Asked to speak to the manager and really not sure that was who I actually got to talk to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this company at all cost. A big company like this you would think have there ducks in a row but they can't even keep a booking straight. Managers don't call you back when asked. We booked a truck 3 weeks ago, come to find out they don't have a truck available for us. Take your business else where save the headache this company needs work. They don't value there customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently rented a truck to move from a 1bedroom apartment to a two bedroom apartment. The condition of the truck was wonderful and staff were very helpful at the desk. I did run into an issue with billing but Michelle (I think is her name) did a wonderful job helping me through it. She was kind, thorough and very understanding. The prices are fair and I will definitely come back to Penske again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently reserved a 5 ton vehicle for a move wherein I was essentially moving 3 households; my reservation was a month in advance and was verbally followed up with the week prior. Received confirmation and online details of the booking "guaranteeing" my rental.
Was contacted 3 days prior to the move, simply being told "sorry, we cannot give you a truck"; No other vehicle, No solutions, No explanation was originally given until I pressed the agent on the phone. "Commercial leasing clients" are indeed those who were going to be provided my booked rental.
I asked to speak to a manager, to no avail. I asked to have a manager call me back, of course no call was received.
Penske's "guarantee" is clearly a farce.
I hate giving poor reviews, but this could not be more warranted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm here often picking up trucks for a day or 2 and the staff that I deal with in the mornings are all great, friendly, and they get things done so I'm never waiting longer than I have to.
Update: Much has changed but the service has not, it's still great, I'm not there waiting long at all. Just a quick stop, sign some paper work and drive away.
Keep up the A+ service, its excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to pickup 2 tractors, both miled out junk, need tires not just 1 at a tome, interiors looked like a barnyard. Disgusting... Don't waste your money on their "JUNK"!!! Went to a third POS, mis matched steers, drives are saw toothed. If you want junk, go see penske on 61ave. They won't disappoint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driving home from a gymnastics tournament and got a flat on the side of the road. Proceeded to change the tire but before I could even get the jack out, an awesome guy pulled over and took over the job and had it done in no time. Super nice gesture with a smile on his face. His other half who was there told me his name is Colt and works at Penske. Here’s a review in thanks.
