My name is Dana..I was looking for a job in 2013..I came for an interview but was not what they needed for the job they were wanting....so I had just mentioned to the man that was interviewing me that I didn't have enuf hours from old job to get EI..so he listened and said I'll tell you what..we dont need anyone but I will let you work here in with some of the truckers and warehouse and I know your looking for work so u can work here till you find a full time job and you can go...so u can earn money here for now... I tell you..as a guy that has struggled very hard in life you dont see people that are this solid and caring...I have never forgotten this company and wish I could repay them for them making me feel like apart of society in working...I thank u

I live in the US, and was trying to get something shipped to me from a UPS Customer Care Center in Calgary that was being held for pickup. Since I reside in Texas it was not possible for me to pick it up in Calgary. I had called Fed Ex, DHL and numerous courier services but couldn't get anyone to help me. After explaining my plight to Bob he agreed to pick my package up from UPS for a very reasonable fee and my package is now on its way to Texas. If I could give Bob and Monarch Messenger a 100 star rating I would happily do it. Truly amazing customer service in a world where there is so little customer service left!
