I had to move out of town midway through the process and Brad made it easy to go through this while in another city. I appreciated that he gave it to me straight and was 100% genuine throughout everything. He was very organized with all of the leadup to listing and that continued throughout the process. Overall I was very happy that Brad was my agent and thankful that he was able to sell my place!

Once I had reached out after deciding to sell my place and buy a new place, Brad was very prompt with responding and scheduled a meeting with me very soon after. Since I have never been through the process before, he explained everything to me in a way that made sense and with his knowledge was able to answer all my questions and concerns. Brad also provided me with a contact for a mortgage broker if I wanted to use it. I decided to use his recommendation and she was also great. I looked at several places when searching for a new home and Brad was not pushy in getting me to buy a place. He was very patient with me and also sent me any new listings that fit my criteria which I found very helpful. The place I did end up buying was in fact a suggestion from him! When selling my place, Brad had a lot of good suggestions on staging the home to show and set up a neat app that would send showing requests to my phone so I could confirm and always know when to expect potential buyers to see my place. When an offer was made, Brad was there to talk it out with me as I was deciding whether or not to accept the deal. As it was a big decision for me I really appreciated his time. Overall, my experience with Brad has been fantastic. He was very accommodating to my schedule and needs, and the entire process went so smoothly thanks to his help. It felt as though he had my best interest in mind and I would definitely refer him to anyone!

Throughout the whole process, Brad kept us informed of the housing market in our area, was always easy to get a hold of, and answered all of our questions so that we fully understood the answers.
