We were feeling completely hopeless and every other lawyer we spoke to did not have much confidence in our case. Enter Aminder, from the very beginning she completely put us at ease with her confidence and reassurance that she would be able to help us. Aminder and her team put so much hard work into not only correcting our mistake but also into helping us re-submit our application and successfully obtaining my PR.
We cannot thank Aminder and all the team at AKM law for all their hard work, dedication and attentiveness. Aminder and Yali were always ready to answer all of our questions and address any concerns we had no matter how big or small. Their patience and understanding throughout the whole process really showed us how much they care about their clients. She always made herself available and has a very comforting nature! I highly appreciated her empathetic disposition and how eager she was in constantly giving us assurance.
What differentiated Aminder to us - as opposed to other lawyers out there was how validating she is and knows what to say at the right time. That's on top of the fact that she's highly knowledgable and came across as a very passionate and hardworking lawyer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have finally received my daughters Student Permit. I don’t have any words to express how thankful and grateful I am to AKM Law Firm. No words can express our gratitude to Arminder and her Team for their kindness, attention to details, their expertise and approach to every point is a truly a true reflection of what a great Law firm should look like. My daughter student Permit was rejected I couldn’t understand why? We seemed to have submitted everything. We were so upset and stressed as my daughter’s online classes had already begun. As parents we were confused not knowing what to do. They were plenty of law firms on the net, by reviewing a couple we decided to try AKM Law firm. Firstly unlike any other law firm in Canada AKM gives you a free consultancy. It was then while talking to Aminder, we got the confidence, she made us feel at ease. As a parent we were so very anxious to know what was going on, Yali Ling her assistant would keep us posted and helped with all our paper work and would always reply promptly back.
If there were another word for extremely satisfied I would definitely use that and would not give a five star rating but a 10. Thank you Aminder and Yali for all your patience, understanding and the time and efforts you’ll have put to make this happen.
I would strongly recommend AKML law firm for all immigration needs.
