For the pressure treated, I believe they use the same supplier as the HD, since the labels on the lumbers are exactly the same. But again, they are a bit more expensive. Overall, they are ok.

G	Geoffrey Grimwood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am redecking Our 30 year old pressure treated deck, I didn’t bother with the usual from over the border stores I went straight to Aitchison Lumber. After several dealings with H.D. And Lowes I will never buy their cheap corkscrew lumber ever again. I called Aitchison lumber as I always do now, I ordered some pressure treated to do some preliminary work, they gave me a time to pick it up, went to pick it up at the time they gave me, I pulled in, opened the rear door and the wood was in without me leaving the driving seat. I ordered the rest of the lumber and hardware etc, it was delivered the next day and neatly stacked. The deck looks so good we decided to replace the stairway as well, I ordered the extra wood yesterday afternoon and it was delivered this morning again neatly stacked while we were having breakfast, we never heard the delivery. We are so pleased, the service is second to none, the products are first class and the advice helped me tremendously. Thank You so much Guys. Your service and product is what the others should be striving to offer.

Super friendly, honest and knowledgeable especially for do it your selfer like me. He even went out of his way to make sure my order was correct! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for lumber these are your guys!!

B	Brian Jasson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased 112' of clear cedar for $1500.00 on April 14th. Understandably, due to the restrictions I couldn't pick my own wood. Upon arriving home and inspecting the boards (that were loaded by very friendly outside staff into my truck) I found that most were not at the standard I was expecting. Almost all pieces seemed as if they were at the bottom of the pile. Plane marks throughout, saw blade marks, rough ends and 1 of the 3 4" x4" x 10' clear cedar fence post worth $125.00 was bent. Not the end of the world, but not what I paid for. When I attempted to explain my issues with an employee on the telephone I was interrupted abruptly "do you want to return it" " I'm busy here". I attempted to reach out the stores owners, but never heard from them. I try and support small independent merchants, as I was one for 42 years in Hamilton and go far out of my way to support none BIG box stores. Primed and stained I'll have to pick and choose my cuts to minimize seeing the flaws in the poor quality clear cedar I was supplied. The plane marks and saw blade marks are pictured.
