★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're considering a self storage unit to rent please consider this place. They go above and beyond here to ensure your items are kept safe. My husband forgot to close the gate to our unit and the office phoned us right away to let us know, they closed the door, they made sure that everything looked as it should. I was so relieved that they do checks on the units and are so quick to contact us!
The staff are incredibly friendly and very easy to reach. The Bluetooth gate opener was very convenient and easy to use. The facility is clean and well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have you ever felt a little sad to be vacating a self storage unit? I hadn't either before Airport Village Self Storage. The cool app to unlock everything from your phone, the clean and convenient facilities, the friendly & well organized staff, it's all just excellent. If the whole world operated like this little business it would be a better place. If I ever need storage in Kelowna again I will definitely head back to AVSS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While going through probably one of the toughest times of my life, having my whole life in storage, Carlee and team were very sympathetic and understanding. Having going through financial hardship, like many since Covid began, I was late several times by a week or 2 on my rent. I kept the line of communication open on when I was able to pay and they were very understanding and patient. The facility itself is very clean and I felt safe. Given their strict rules with garbage and belongings left behind, the facility was always in tip top shape which allowed the facility to maintain a high standard for clients. They were amazing. Thank you!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are truly kind. Always so helpful. Let us move out of a unit on 2 days notice as we were going from two units down to one. The place is super clean and convenient. The app is wonderful to use. Just don't lock your phone in your unit like I did once.
