The new office is state of the art technology. Dr. Calder and his staff are very professional but at the same time, very laid back and fun to spend time with. I was so happy to have all my treatment done in one sitting rather than extra visits back again. I have been in Kelowna for 55 years and finally found a GREAT DENTIST.

They were welcoming and warm from the first moment I stepped in the door!! Nikki, the hygienist was so gentle, yet thorough. Dr Calder was amazing, kind and gentle as well. I absolutely recommend them to anyone. Especially if you are apprehensive about the dentist, like myself!

Their equipment is state of the art and the new clinic is stunning! My second appointment was for fillings and I am so impressed with Dr. Calder's work! I have had many fillings in the past from other clinics but this was by far the BEST dental work I have ever had. I am so thrilled with my treatment and would recommend Dr. Calder's beautiful new dental clinic to anyone in the Okanagan.

There was miscommunication on time requirements for my booking however causing me to have to leave partway through. After some discussion this issue was resolved and I have returned for the filling. The process was quick and the most painless of the experiences I can remember for fillings. Would recommend.

My hygienist was awesome, very gentle but thorough and also super personable! Dr. Calder was very kind, and actually took the time to explain my X-rays/scans. He's helped me find a solution for my dental issues instead of temporarily fixing like many dentists. His assistant was also amazing! Really clean and modern inside. This team is phenomenal and they genuinely want to make oral care better in and out of the office!

Every person I’ve come across during my visits has been a delight and kindly introduced themselves. Dr. Calder is awesome too; he’s approachable, listens to your concerns without jumping to conclusions and explains everything. They are also all on time (no waiting room holdup) and once you’re in, they don’t rush you at all. You will get Dr. Calders undivided attention making you feel safe and in good hands. Lastly, the family style atmosphere is paramount. Love having chats with everyone and can genuinely say I always leave in a better mood than I came. P.s. I’ve been seeing dentists across the globe, and many locally(ish) in the lower mainland. With this in mind, I attest to a trustworthy review!!

Their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. Myself and my whole family have walked away from our appointments fully understanding our dental health, and what preventative steps to take. They are not about the money, but rather about people and their health!! Super refreshing to feel so well looked after by our dentist!!
