As well, there were barely any mixins in it. Paid $5.00 for a MINI thing of vanilla soft serve. Asked for a refund politely and was told no. Will never be coming back. First time leaving a review but needed to bring this to light.
R	Ryan Evanshen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having multiple poor experiences weith this Disease Queen. I arrive at 9:23 pm. closing time is 10:00pm I order a common meal from the menu. And I’m told I must sit and wait to cook everything because they no longer have food ready. Due to closing at 9:30 when they sate open will 10:00. My issue wasn’t waiting. The issue is that the staff laughed about the situation and where rude about why i asked about the wait time. Easy choice I went to the A&W Across the road. Got great service, food almost immediately, hot and fresh! Loved it.

V	Vanessa Kramer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a “mermaid” cake for my daughters 3rd birthday… was not what I requested and they made no effort to put any designs , the writing on it was RED which didn’t match any of the colours on the cake and they put the design upside down. When asked about it they just said they didn’t have any other colours available(if this was the case they should of asked) I tried to make it look a little better with my own edible decals that I bought . Not impressed especially after paying over $50 for it.

It's the little things like this that make some employees excel. I'm so impressed that he took the time & made my day. Thank You young man for your Service as well.

When I got my small mint blizzard today I ate the top and about 1/5th of the way down it was just vanilla ice cream no mint or oreo pieces. I paid around $6 which I don't need back however I find ridiculous for what I bought. I then went back in to the store and showed them my blizzard which they responded RUDELY "that's the standard" In my past times coming here and getting the same product it has never looked this way. I ate about 1 more bite of plain vanilla ice cream before throwing away the rest. I even told them that the first bit of it was good just not the bottom to which they said can you show me and I showed them the blizzard as pictured below. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and lack of quality of this product being made and will not return to this location. :( I have contacted customer service online.
