★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's pretty much the worst Tims in Canada. My bagel is never toasted, only slightly warmed, and theees either not enough cream cheese or it's not spread well. It sounds picky, but compared to other bagels I've gotten from Tims, this blows.
Their menu is also extremely limited and you can stand outside in line for 20 mins easily.
It's not the employees fault. It's just a terribly built restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service to say the least. Purchased breakfast this morning they couldn't take the time to ask if I needed anything, proceeded to jam my food out of the window. I didn't need utensils or condiments, thanks. Manager said they aren't required to ask... your buisness is customer service, figure it out.

Place says 6 people allowed (including the employees) and then they kick customers out because we don’t know that. If they ask nicely, then okay but the cashier was extremely rude. They also don’t fix the orders if they get it wrong. Won’t compensate at all. No reward points either. Go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: I didn’t have any other options for coffee open today. I got a CHUNK of yellowish milk in my coffee. Old milk… guess it’s safe to say I’m never going back.
Poor customer service. Rude and non-accommodating staff. They charged me for a more expensive drink than I ordered and tried to convince me I was wrong. I order the same drink everyday...
