★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was ok, but the staff had terrible customer service. The woman taking our order was looking at her nails the whole time and the one on drive through, you could hear her talking about the customers saying this guys creepy looking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in tonight and saw a post on the door requiring vaccination status to dine in. I asked about it and the staff said it's the owners policy because it's private property. They choose to enact a personal segregationist policy and one not based on current mandates. Please, do not support this owner and choose to go to the other locations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly, have eaten at so many locations over the decades (several tries every year) and A&W consistently adds too much sodium to menu items. Maybe time for a change -- reduce the salt or change the type/grain? Would love to one day enjoy the proper taste of the high quality grass-fed beef A&W boasts about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff don't seem to know their head from a hole in the ground. every time my family comes we order burgers with no mayo and when we receive them they always end up with mayo on them. if it happens once it's fine but when it is every visit it is beyond frustrating.
also just today my dad and i ordered a combo and when it was ordered we never got asked what drink we wanted and when we got our to go order we left without them without remembering. it shouldn't be the customer's job to rember important parts of an order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give them 0 stars, I would. But since that's not possible, I'm giving them a 1. My sister and I got here with our heavy backpacks. We didn't know what we wanted so we let two other guys in front of us. When it should have been our turn, a man cuts in front of me. I let it go and this family behind me, BEHIND ME, mutters "I hope we don't get cut off again" and then they proceed to cut me off. All while the cashier looks on. Not trying to play the race card, but the folks that cut me off were all white men. The cashier, was a POC. I'm just dumbfounded at why we weren't being served. After the second time we got cut off, I lost it. Not at anyone, just under my breath. We left shortly after. Absolutely ridiculous service. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A&W is more expensive than most fast food and I rarely find good coupons unless you get them in the mail. But overall it is tasty. This one in particular is a good location. I have not had an issue with wrong orders or any issue I can think of. It is a popular one as there always seem to be people in the drive thru. If there is a special like the teen burgers on sale there is a long lineup.
It is a well run place and the food is made without issues.
