★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought an central air conditioner 5 years ago. It has worked 2 out of the 5 years and they have been incredibly difficult to deal with/refused warranty. After 5 years the air conditioner needs to be totally replaced (by a different company) due to inferior product and sub-par installation.
