★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The water heater died on a cold day, and Devon from Centennial was here in an hour. He was professional, extremely courteous and polite and very thorough with every aspect. Cleaned up the water leaks, was very careful with drips from the old tank, left the area neat and clean after. He and Centennial explained the process at every step, the paperwork was quick, and it was a quick replacement of a water heater on a minus 30 day. Thank you so much, and definitely recommended. We had a similar positive experience in replacing our air conditioner over the summer, so well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Replaced the shutoff valve to outside faucet which had a slow drip leak. Repair took about 40-45 minutes and was charged $387.
Installed a clearly used handle for the valve (at $387 I would appreciate new parts).
The work was well done, but I feel I was overcharged. Enough so that I'm teaching myself to do this sort of repair in the future.
I cannot shake the feeling I was taken advantage of.
However I do take pleasure in the shocked expressions when I show the work done and the price charged. Not one person has disappointed me yet. 10/10 will be telling this story for some time.
Edit: Yes I did sign off on it. It did not make it any easier to swallow. I had called multiple companies to do the repair, and the best I was looking at was a four day wait. Which I had also made clear. Paying for more assessments, and water usage made not signing off for the repairs not much of a better option. You had me, and my choices were limited.
I forgot to mention in my review that I never did receive my emailed receipt either. I was also given the wrong email address for the e-transfer at the time of payment with your technician standing directly behind me at the computer watching me enter in passwords and easily being able to see my banking information. Overall not a very pleasant experience. I will not be using you again in the future.
I removed an additional star because of that reply and the reminder of the other issues that bothered me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called Centennial Plumbing at 10:00 am this morning and with an hour, I received a call that a technician was on his way. Andrew came to inspect our furnace in order to locate the source of the whistling noise problem. He suspects that the smaller motor needs to be changed. He was very polite and extremely thorough and took the time to explain things very well. He also gave me different quotes and options.
The drain clog was a secondary problem and Andrew was able to effectively solve it quickly. He cleaned the area very well.
I strongly recommend Andrew for any plumbing and heating work. He is very professional. Thanks for a great job, Andrew!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed the professional services rendered by Centennial Plumbing, Heating, & Electrical. The Technical Staff that came to repair my gas water heater was very competent and courteous.
The part was ordered electronically, obtained within the hour from the store and replaced. They provided various payment options and payment was seamless with electronic receipt provided. This make their operations in tune with climate change objectives to reduce the use of paper.
I recommend them for future repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Water heater failed and flooded our basement. Called Centennial the next morning. They were able to send service technician the same day. Centennial was very professional and communicated timeline and updates when technician would be available and they were spot on the time frame. Elliot came and gave several options and pricing to replace the failed water. He was very upfront with pros and cons of options and communicative of the whole process and timeline. He was able to get a new water heater delivered within the hour of me giving the go ahead to proceed with the work. Elliot wore slip on booties to keep house clean, and put down sheets to help keep floors clean when moving the new water heater in and old one out. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and communicative through the whole process and answered any question I had. Elliot left the work area clean. Elliot was professional and provided quality work. It made a stressful situation go smoothly. The price may be a little higher than competitors, but they provide good quality and timely service.
