★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a newcomer in Saskatoon, it was a bit hard to know about saskatoon commercial real estate and other matters regarding setting up an office for my business. I drove around and wondered to see ICR Listings and ads everywhere. For help I called an agent of ICR. Luckily I contacted Graham Robertson. Within a week, Graham showed me properties according to my needs. I chose one and he diligently completed the lease deal in a very short time. He took an extra time to explain the whole process of leasing and followed up till the lease process done. I can say what an amazingly professional and great human being he is. I am whole heartedly impressed with ICR for having such professional and courteous staff. Bravo!

Nearly $500,000 in value has been created in my buildings through Chanda and Craigs hard work and market knowledge, and has become nearly completely hands off for me. Chanda is also willing to view potential buildings to purchase, which is a very powerful tool to add to my portfolio. Together with David Kerr, I feel that I have a valuable team in Saskatoon that makes me confident to acquire more projects and catch the next economic upswing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for the excellent care that you and your staff have been providing to Lutheran Theological Seminary as we manage our large property. As our operations have downsized, we needed to move from having our own, full-time building manager to having someone who had all the expertise of a professional building manager but would be willing to work very part time. This was not a realistic hope.
We were thrilled to discover that ICR was able to provide the level of knowledge and experience we required, while providing only the number of hours that made sense for our needs. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know all the staff at ICR but I worked with Faisal Mikhail. I was away from my home for 2 years and rented it out. A neighbour gave me his card and everything turned out great. He handled all the tenant issues and communicated everything to me. I would hire him again if I were to rent out again.
