Very happy my furnace was installed by a company that is so dedicated to delivering quality customer service, and the technical ability to back it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had Dan from Berg's out several times for both maintenance and emergency service (including on a stat holiday!), and it's been an good experience every time. They're knowledgeable and reasonably priced, and very friendly. Occasionally I won't get an answer if I call the office close to closing time, but if I don't, I email, and they're responsive to that.
I recommend them to anyone who asks for a plumber or a furnace person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment to get a new furnace quote on Wednesday December 1st at 8 am (only time they had open that day). 830 hits and no one had come yet so I tried calling the company 3 times in the following 30 minutes and got no response. Still haven't heard back from them! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!
