About Action Battery Service Inc
We currently operate a fleet of approximately 60 units, ranging from walk behinds and walkie riders, to stand up and deep reach units. As asset value continued to climb and maintenance continued to grow, we realized it was time to find a better way to deal with management and preventative maintenance (PM) on the 100 or so batteries. The answer was Action Battery Service. We now have a partner in our Material Handling Equipment program.
Action Battery provides excellent onsite service, with a detailed PM program and weekly reports containing recommendations to maintain the fleet in top condition. The reports can be viewed online, which adds flexibility at our end. Action Battery also offers offsite maintenance for special cases that need more attention and an in-class training program on battery safety for our employees. Our experience with Action Battery as a partner in our business has been excellent over the past 10 years.
