Il s'agit de la seule compagnie qui a accepté d'effectuer un changement de chauffe-eau difficile, les autres ayant eu peur du défi. Je vais certainement les rappeler pour des travaux futurs.
Excellent company, I highly recommend it! The employees are very professional and provide impeccable service. It was the only company that agreed to make a difficult water heater change, the others being afraid of the challenge. I will certainly call them back for future business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après avoir couru pendant 1 semaine après des plombiers habilités à remplacer un chauffe eau au gaz pour mon immeuble à Montréal, je suis tombé sur ACTIF qui sont venus à mon secours le lendemain et ont rétabli l'eau chaude. Ils ont même demandé en mon nom et obtenu des subventions d'efficacité énergétique dont je ne connaissais pas l'existence et qui ont substantiellement réduit le coût final. Je referai affaire avec Actif sans hésiter et je les recommande!
Edit - je viens de faire affaire avec Actif pour la deuxième fois. Comme la tradition le veut des tuyaux ont gelé chez mes locataires un dimanche pendant que j'étais pas en ville. Je fais 2 appels à des plombiers ordinaires pour des devis autour de 1500$ pour le fameux 2 gars, temps double, 4h minimum. Finalement appelé Actif, un plombier sur place dans l'heure suivante un dimanche et pour un quart du prix qu'on me demandait ailleurs.
After running for 1 week after authorized plumbers to replace a gas water heater for my building in Montreal, I came across ACTIF who came to my rescue the next day and restored the hot water. They even applied on my behalf and obtained energy efficiency grants that I didn't know existed and that substantially reduced the final cost. I will do business with Active again without hesitation and I recommend them!
Edit - I just did business with Active for the second time. As tradition dictates, pipes froze at my tenants on a Sunday while I was out of town. I make 2 calls to ordinary plumbers for quotes around $1500 for the famous 2 guys, double time, 4 hours minimum. Eventually called Actif, plumber on site within an hour on a Sunday and for a quarter of the price I was being charged elsewhere.

ACTIF avait aussi fait l'entretien de ma fournaise au gaz; qui a eu du mal à fonctionner cet Automne à cause de pièces d'origine défectueuses. Mr François Richard s'est déplaçé à chaque fois pour nous dépanner avec un très grand professionnalisme ! Excellente compagnie, je les ai adopté pour la vie.
I called on ACTIVE to install a gas water heater: very professional installation and very efficient equipment. ACTIVE had also maintained my gas furnace; which struggled to operate this Fall due to faulty OEM parts. Mr François Richard came each time to help us out with great professionalism! Great company, I adopted them for life.
