Everything was organized, set up, and paid off in under 10 minutes; I just needed to do my part, and when I did I received immediate confirmation. She offered very prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service! Can't beat that!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sonia was so great!! We had so many laughs together. When I first started looking for a storage unit I was a little nervous because it was only myself, I thought maybe it wouldn’t be so easy.. When I walked in; SONIAS energy was immaculate! She was so welcoming and it honestly felt like she was someone I knew for a while. Thanks to her I got the perfect size storage unit on the same day! I saw a couple in there also and they were the utmost friendliest and respectful due to covid protocols which I really appreciated! Never judge a book by the cover! If I’m being honest, it didn’t look like a fancy place but I was totally wrong when I stepped in; it looked just like the other ones but for the best price!!! Anytime I had questions Sonia did the most to provide me with the knowledge I needed. Storing just became easier and more enjoyable! Thanks again!!!! I’d recommend this place for sure!!

No issues , good service hands down. And reasonable pricing
However,I felt it was unfair to charge so much money for a fob , which is of no use to me to own. Where as you could reprogram and use it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at this facility was very good. The halls are very narrow making it difficult to move large items.
Not enough carts for moving belongings. Often have to wait for others to finish with Carts.
The parking lot is filled with huge pot holes.
During the winter months the ice build up on the entrance ramp and on the roof is a huge problem and dangerous if it was to fall.
The facility is kept clean and is well lit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been a customer since 2012. Heated indoor access to storage units. Safe and secure also rented affordable office space to work from since I had no internet access available at my residence. New ownership making improvements to the aging building.

When I have had any questions about my unit or navigating the buildings, they never failed to answer them. They're storage unit buildings are very clean, heated, and are well maintained. I love this company and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit.
