★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called the police after hitting a snow bank leaving our vehicle stuck. The police advised to call for a tow. We called a very reputable company with good rate who were en route to get the car. This company took my vehicle without my permission forcing us to pay $240. They refused tp give us the vehicle unless we paid it! Takes advantage, rude, unprofessional and unethical. NEVER call them! Untrustworthy!! They should be investigated and their license tow vehicles revoked!
