★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the best customer service. Was told the repairman would be here in 'the afternoon between 12-5.' Repairman showed up at 5:30, was here for 5 minutes. Found a screw in my dryer which was preventing it from spinning which was 100% my fault. Gave me a bill for $109. Will be finding another company in the future.

Unlike the “help” you get when calling a number associated with your appliance, these guys know what to do to get you back up and running. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoned GAC to inquire about my fridge and if it was a fixable issue or I should buy a new one....The man I spoke with was extremely helpful, gave me suggestions of what he thought it could be and how I can troubleshoot it myself to see if that works. Extremely helpful and honest, and I really did appreciate his advice when he could have sent a technician and a bill instead. If the suggestions don't work, I will most definitely call back and have a second look from one of their technicians!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In and out in no more than 10 minutes. I didn't have my dryers manufacturer number or seriel number but explained my issue and described my dryer. Got the repair kit and traveled back home to install just hoping it was right, and it was. Dryer is purring like a kitten again. Great service!!
