John has a pleasant personality, and always willing to please. Secondly the price was very competitive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great company for installing heating and cooling but terrible customer service when it comes to after service and issues. Issues with water leaking out of furnace from AC since may. Not resolved yet. Say they will show up at a certain time certain day and only once did he show up out of 10 appts. Guess they already have their money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After almost a year and paying nearly as much for a full replacement machine, the dishwasher is now finally working. (John needed continuous nudging to complete the task). My advice, always ask for the damaged part as the manufacturer may warrantee it and supply a replacement. In this case, the part was not retained and the customer bared the full cost of the replacement part. It's easy to be nice when things go well but the true value in good service is measured by how they perform when it becomes more difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had them replace my natural gas furnace in 2017 and they were very professional, quick, and the best price. They do seem to be very busy and may take a while getting back to you but that means they are good cause everybody wants them.
