★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my car to Accord for a small dent in my front bumper and was quoted nearly $4000 for the repair. The quote seemed really high, but was told multiple times that the only way to complete the repair was to replace the panel.
Still not convinced, I left Accord and went to Princess Auto and bought a $6 dent puller suction cup. Poured hot water over the dent and it pulled out first try - came out perfect and you would never know the dent exsisted.
Thought Accord seemed desperate for a sale, and was trying to overcharge
Only gave 2 stars because they offer walk in estimates and I was in a rush

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in my 2007 BMW for a small repair of a rocker panel below the front passenger door that needed to be fixed prior to selling it. They were able to assess it quickly with a drop-in visit and then quickly scheduled the repair which they figured would cost $300 for a full repair but a partial repair could be done for $120 with a couple of screws under the body. They took it in a couple of days later and ultimately realized they fix was simpler and they could do it for $20. The owner Tom is super nice and personable and I would not hesitate to go back to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for bumper repair service on my SUV, they seem to do a good job. The bumper needed to be readjusted as the tailgate would close properly. The price quoted was very reasonable and had no issues getting insurance claim approved. The owner gave me a ride to the car rental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is beyond disgusting, theyre SCAMMERS. Do not go here, the man the works that literally harassed my brother and almost touched him. If you want message me privately and i will send the video as proof. This place will do anything to get their money from while using their cheapest products. I promise you do not go to this place, save your money & go to a place worth YOUR MONEY. I will file a lawsuit against this company whoever wants to put their input with me please message me. I hate what happened to me that i literally do not want this happening to anyone else. Its so unfair and unjust and evil. Theyre animals DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!
