I invite you to rent a storage there...

The site manager, Ferris was extremely helpful and resourceful in not only finding me a locker to suit our needs but also organizing the paperwork quickly to aid in the smooth transition to the new locker. As well, his courtesy, professionalism and friendly demeanour was greatly appreciated. Ferris runs a good, clean, secure location and I would recommend this storage location if you ever need one!

Jason explained everything like a pro, and he processed my application and payment in less than 10 minutes. Thank you Jason!
J	Joanne Bugeya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fair & Professional. We were told that we were getting a ‘truck’ for free as part of the rental of the storage unit “deal”. but instead got access to a van. A miscommunication, but it made a difference when emptying out the locker and moving into a 1 bedroom condo with all the furniture, etc. We did, however, negotiate and get extra km for the error. So that was a nice touch by their team. (Although, in the end, the extra km were not actually required, but it was good to have the buffer, just in case). The staff we dealt with were good, and the locker area was always swept and clean, no sign of nasty rodents. We also had to visit the locker multiple times, and there was always a trolly available. Overall, even though this was a bit pricey, the location and the free van made it worthwhile. I’d recommend them.

As a TV production company, we need additional storage all year long. We’re always going in and out of our storage units so the 24/7 access is really convenient and helps with our last minute gigs. Also, the temperature controlled units are great for our items all year. Ferris and the team at the Downtown Toronto location on Woodfield are excellent. I appreciate how reliable they are - they’re always ready to assist us and answer questions. So well run!
