★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main floor has a Walk-In-Clinic offices and Home Care. There are 4 floors. The WRHA is on the other floors. Their are classrooms and course that can be taken. There are RN's, LPN's, Nurse Practitioners, dietitians and more. Friendly staff, clean, public washrooms, handicap washrooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't recommended this place because front desk does not have curtesy to talk with patient. Ironically, without hearing the problem they start to speak single sentence NO NO. So, I please request to high authority to provide them right cold calling training so, we can serve better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My doctors are great and always so quick and helpful. The women at the front desk however, are rude and not very helpful. I phoned for results of mine and they wouldn't give me them. They made snarky comments about i had only phoned an hour before. I didn't think it would take so much effort for results i have been waiting a week for. They're the front line of the place and should be more pleasant to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alright! I am more than thrilled to write this! As a family who has moved provinces at THE WORST possible time and used doctor finder to help us get a new family physician..... The first experience was straight out of a movie because it didn't feel real it was so awful. That review can be found on Life Smart Osbornes review page anyhoo..... Today was a real breath of fresh air and my children were treated with so much respect, dignity, proper discord and CARE! She spoke to them like they actually existed, asked THEM questions because they are both more than capable of speaking for themselves. Children need the practice so as they grow they can feel comfortable using their voice with their doctor. The way she treated my son almost had me in tears because he had pretty much lost all trust in physicians after the first experience in the province. It was a bit of a battle with the WRHA to get my concerns heard but oh well fightuing for your children is NEVER a lost cause. I am their quality control in life until they do it themselves and Access Fort Garry once again did not let me down. I could go on forever but I will stop it here. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The telephone operator is so rude. She was impatient at the beginning. During the phone call, she was not concerned about your situation and why you call them. You had to repeat your request again and again until you get angry. I do not know how could she get this job. Feel so bad about this place because of her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've not yet been here but it's the only place the a doctor would except me as a patient after mine left me. Looking at some of the reviews I am a little concerned about how helpful they are. But I'm also not sure if these were walk ins or appointments with specific doctors.
I'm excited to find out and really hope down deep that I get the help I need.
