Unfortunately after waiting 15 minutes while the staff sorted through papers, it was concluded that they had lost my pictures. I proceeded to wait another 15 minutes for them to re print all my photos and cut them by hand. I will not be returning and I do not recommend anyone gets their photos printed here.

I was in the Pembina Store today in Winnipeg, MB. I was looking for a letter opener and could not find it. I asked a sales person who wasn't on their phone ignoring customers. I asked this one girl where the letter openers were as they are listed on your website. She had no idea what I was talking about and didn't have a clue what a letter opener is. I could barely understand what she was saying, but when I asked her again where the letter openers are, she said I don't know what that is and then just walked away. The rest of the employees where on their phone goofing off together ignoring the customers. When someone would approach them, they walked away pretending to be busy with something else. A lot of people in the store weren't impressed from overhearing what they were saying as they left the store. Not sure why they are hired if they don't want to do the job they are being paid for, and not knowing the product line in the store and barely being able to speak English to communicate with Canadian customers. No way in hell would I ever hire any of those staff to work for me. Needless to say I didn't buy anything there and I will never be back. If I could give it a 0 I would.

Ruja from the Printing Centre went above and beyond and, in a time of deep sorrow in grieving the loss of my partner, her extraordinary service was a comforting reminder of the good in this world when everything at the time felt so bad. I had ordered obituary bookmarks with matte lamination; she took initiative to call me and inform me that matte made the text difficult to read, and offered to laminate them glossy instead at no extra cost, to which I agreed. When I returned to the website a week later, the same service was quoted at a higher price than before. I called the print shop, Ruja remembered my order, and processed a duplicate order at the original price point. She was kind, paid close attention to detail and, even when I visited the store in person to pick up my order, I observed her to be very competently managing the business at the Print Centre. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to thank her in person, as her quality service made my suicide bereavement a little less painful than it could have been. I'm so thankful, and her hard work deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Ruja. I have no doubt your service has had a positive impact on other customers too. Don't stop being you.

Was at the print shop a week prior to inquire re services and pricing. Came back with material to photocopy and was told prices have increased since I was there last week to almost double. Was told it would take a week or so to complete. Took my stuff back, went to a local shop 5 mins down Pembina and, had it all done on the spot for less money than staples.

The staff here are pretty hands-on and always willing to help and answer questions. I've been coming here for many years, and I'm yet to encounter a staff member that rubbed me the wrong way. I think their store layout could be so much better, though. It's easy to miss out on essential items they carry in the store because of its current arrangement. A great + new feature is an instant print picture booth they have. With this new technology, you can print pictures from your phone, and it comes out decent! The current and only size available right now is 4 X 6 inches. When I tried online printing on the Staples Copy-print site, there were too many hiccups as it relates to the quality of the pictures. Once I came into the store, they resolved it carefully, and I was satisfied.

I went there for baby passport size photo, and really satisfied with there service. Little busy but after waiting for 20 minutes I get my turn. They really care about photoes which are acceptable for passport or which are not. Much obvious its difficult in the case of the baby but they just click the prefect. Surely recommend for passport size photo. 2 photos = 14$ plus Tax

Only giving them a 3/5 because the photos I ordered turned out fine and the woman who finally helped me there was pleasant. I would give a 1/5 for customer service . Waited patiently for 15 mins at the Print shop. I noticed 3 workers at the front till , with no line or customers to help, so I asked the woman with the short purple hair if she could help me . She replied β€œ you need to go to photo” β€œno one’s there β€œ I said . She said not looking up β€œthere’s 3 people there!” (Which there wasn’t) majority of the workers here just seem uninterested in actually helping people .

Neat and well organised store, my only issue is with the pricing. Few items are way higher than the market standard. The staff is courteous and helpful. The billing was smooth and they do give a bit of discount of you are purchasing for commercial establishment or office.
