S	Shannon A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at the Accent Inn last night prior to my moms knee surgery today! The room was immaculate, wheelchair accessible and there was ample parking. Great little spot if you are prepping for a hospital visit, very clean and close to the Jubilee ?
C	C Cornell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved a room for a week while undergoing radiation treatments. I brought my registered service dog with me. The room was disgusting., had a sticky residue on the floor and bathroom was dirty. The heat fan was loud, They put me in the worst room they have I’m sure.. next to staircase, loading and bin area. It wasn’t a suitable area to walk my dog either. I was happy to check into a much better place for the same value.

P	Patricia Brydge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at the Accent Inn for 2 weeks while renovations were being done at my home. My room was immaculate, could not find a dust bunny anywhere. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They all seemed to go out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I had my dog Jilly with me and she was so spoiled with attention staff gave her. I believe Victoria Accent Inn is the go to place to stay for your getaway. I definitely recommend Accent Inn to one and all. Sincerely Patricia and Jilly.
D	Dawnelle Gail on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typically I am satisfied with my stay. However my last visit was not the greatest, we were in a room at the end of the building and the room was damp. The windows and the toilet were full of condensation. When I called the front desk to inform the only response was "sorry the end rooms are usually more damp in this weather". If it is a known concern, perhaps better ventilation in the problem rooms would be helpful. It was an uncomfortable sleep that night. Also, I left an item in the room, I know exactly where it was left however it was not logged in their lost and found. The item was not valuable, but necessary for wound care. Perhaps housekeeping can be trained to be sure all items are turned in and logged for guests to retrieve. I am now stuck waiting 4 weeks for a new device to be delivered.......

Quiet rooms, great staff, nice amenities. And a sense of humour. The ducks, mustn’t forget the ducks. I highly recommend staying here while visiting Victoria.

Well thought out flavor text? Paranormal experience? There's a entry on your phone for that.... And the hand soap by the sink... It Knows..... I joyful scavenger hunt on things that people normally wouldn't look at twice. They totally give a duck!!! ???

So appreciated. Room was clean, adequate and reasonably priced. Pet friendly too. Would definitely recommend as the staff really care
