M	Michael Huang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bring my wife and my dog nunu there during Eastern long weekend, stay for one night. Iris/Gloria/David from reception desk are super friendly and helpful! If you had a pet travel with you, this place will be the ideal choice. Nunu loves it a lot, super pet-friendly! Definitely will choose this one on next visiting!
S	Sheila Gelinas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were refused breakfast because we checked in after 10p.m....kids had to wait for regular restaurant outside....a little disappointing....room was set at 25°C, had to open windows to cool off the room before sleeping. Sadly it was the only place with rooms available, so no choice. Victoria always has shortage in hotels....book way in advance if going.

The staff Rayna, Sam, Iris, David were all very friendly and accommodating. If your visiting Victora this is a a inn I would recommended.

We took advantage of the amazing complimentary E-bikes, if coming again in the future we would also like to take advantage of the kayaks/paddleboards but our stay didn't allow the time. The customer service was really great and the front desk staff were incredibly nice! They do have a breakfast service, that, for what it is I got what I expected. It is more of a room service style and you have to choose your options the night before. I actually am a big fan of the retro look and I do really like the original bathrooms. I believe though, that they need to update the rooms and do a deep clean. Our room did have a lingering smoker smell. I think in an update they should really lean into that retro vibe. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, we would recommend to friends and family, and we would stay again.

S	Stephanie Bailey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must stay location. Close to downtown but out of the busyness of the area. Rooms are updated and clean. Staff are so so good. They are happy to answer questions and provide recommendations. The $6 breakfast is perfect. We ordered every day that we stayed.
r	reirei18 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Victoria with family and found this gem through hotels.com but my brother booked it so I'll leave my review here. We were greeted by a friendly free shuttle ride from the ferry and we had a good conversation with him. He also suggested a few places to visit and how to get there. Upon arrival in the hotel, the front desks were very welcoming and to our surprise, the room we got has 3 double beds! We were a group of 6 so this is just perfect! The location is just 3mins walk to bus stop which goes directly to downtown. There was no walking distance restaurants though so we just had our food delivered and the front desks assured that it goes to your door. They also provide shuttle service to and from downtown. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay here and will most likely book here again in the future! Highly recommended as well!
