I have been calling the costumer service and the technical support and no resolutions! They are shipping one to another… It been more than 5 days … and still no resolution! Just mam; you have to pay 130$ for new modem! At first was the error of Bell and after that they change everything to tell me is the modem (after 3 days of waiting) Am suppose to work from home and the only think they keep telling me that I have to wait! Are they the one who will pay my time not working or the internet of phone!! The family without any devices.. And last think, you pay for something but they give you less… will see with the new modem if I will have what am paying for!!!!

This companies customer service is actually the worst I've ever dealt with. I missed a payment, and they would not let me update it through my account, because they decided to cancel it. So I can't pay a bill because I missed one... Absolutely stupid, and I have to call 7 times to get this info. The service representations telling me its my banking issue, even though I used 3 different cards, just to tell me visa debit doesn't work. This has been the worst experience and the only reason I even use this company is for the fast internet speeds (which doesn't make sense is uses bells lines but bell can't get close.) The moment I find a company with comparable speeds I'm switching, because who ever runs this company is a joke. No one knows what they are doing and you prevent people from paying bills by locking them out of their account. Absolute clown show

I have been with Acanac since 2009. Overall it has been good for the price. Beware Rogers will intermittently disrupt service for Acanac customers leaving them without Internet for days. The first time this happened was a few years ago for 1 week. Unfortunately this has happened to me again in 2022. I now have to move on to Bell Fibe as I have no Internet service, even though I prepaid for the year. We rely so much on Internet in todays world. You get what you pay for. Save yourself the aggravation and pay for good, reliable month to month service.

I've been a long time customer with Acanac and calling in for customer service or tech support is worse than getting your teeth pulled and this time I've had enough. After 30 mins of being transferred between departments, a senior member at their customer service was able to resolve a back end issue so I can have 3 service addresses to my cell phone.

Been a customer for 5 years. It is a good service which is cheap and good speed. If you have to deal with customer care or any technical service then your nightmare starts. Service appointments are weeks away and they might not even show up.

Acanac was good for a while. Started getting patchy a couple of years ago so I cancelled my service and switched to Rogers. Acanac never cancelled my account though, just said that I didn't need to return my modem and the cancellation wasn't processed. They tried blaming me for not knowing what department to call?! Their regular customer service line is apparently not it?! To make it worse, they charged my boyfriend's credit card which I borrowed once and specifically requested not to keep it on file as it is not mine. They refuse to reverse the charges. Awful customer service.

Been using Acanac for around a year. Performance is as advertised and any connectivity issues were usually caused by the underlying infrastructure and not a fault of Acanac. Prices are very competitive as well. However, the technical support is abysmal. I had some setup issues and was on hold for an easy 30 minutes each time I called. When I finally got through, the tech asked if he could call me back but never did.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Avoid this company like the plague. Charged me and shipped a modem, billing was all wrong on the account and then when I called to get it fixed I was informed that the service isn't available. HOW ARE YOU ABLE TO PROCESS THE SERVICE AND MAIL A MODEM WHEN YOU CAN'T EVEN PROVIDE THE SERVICE? They refuse to refund me for at least 7 business days and require me to ship the modem back first. What an absolute joke of a company. I hope they go out of business soon.
