★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to force us to sign incorrect papers and refused to fix the error or let us leave all while being rude and condescending until we spoke to a manager. Manager finally told the employee to give us our papers back so we can get our insurance done elsewhere. At which point the employee now tried to fix the error and make us continue doing our insurance there and still refused to let us leave until we argued with her
