Dont take a driving test here, staff are awful, instead try vernon

Nice woman answered the phone but every time i call they take for friggin ever to pick up! absolutely unacceptable. But whenever i do get through, the people working there are pretty nice people they just slackin! Answer the phone!

Never take a N road test here .. You will never pass if the elderly lady is the examiner . Will do anything to make you fail. Other Staff is super nice though. Just a warning.

I had my driving test today with instructor Evelin. My whole driving test gone good ,but the instructor was inpatient to give instructions, impulsive and pressurizing while my driving test .I gave my test before but at that time there was one reason and that was valid ,but now that lady is Racist ,the way she gave the reason is totally invalid. At the end she gave one of the nonsense reason that I took 2.30 seconds that was more than 2 minutes while my reverse parking and I was failed. Whatever I learned during my knowledge test that driving should be safe not fast. I heard from my community that this lady never pass brown people in their first attempt even though they are good driver. if u want u can check my reverse parking time in C.C.T.V footage .

Absolutely horrible service, lied over the phone saying that trucks with a lift kit are fine to do full license tests, so I booked the test and drove from kelowna to find out that they’re not even going to let me do the test. Bad service once again from this location.

My name is NGUYEN (Ms) I am Vietnamese but I come from Laos, I did not go to Driving Training School at all and myself was very scared of going to "N" Road Test. However in the meantime, I was lucky that I had a few very kind soul people helped to teach me how to drive good “I would never forget their kindness and I will pay kindness toward” and also I read ICBC guide book, watched YouTube videos, practicing… My first time “N” Road Test on September 29th, 2021 in Salmon Arm city. I did not recalled Examiner's name, but her hair all of them are "white blond hair", her age is about 45-55 years old. "I did not passed "N" Road Test" I was so sad, however I did agreed with her judged. I went home and I did read ICBC book, watched YouTube, Practicing Driving everything a little bit more harder. Then on February 15th, 2022 was my second time of “N” Road Test. Ms. Norma was Examiner and in Salmon Arm city. I did not passed and again so sad, however I did agreed with her judged. . I went home and this time, I am all in and I meant, this time I read ICBC book slowly so that I can understand more, watched YouTube videos, Practicing Driving harder… Then on April 19th, 2022 was my third time of “N” Road Test. The Examiner was the same lady that failed me last time which is (Ms. Norma Examiner in Salmon Arm city) I did passed “N” Road test at this third time. I am so happy ^_^ My first & second for “N” Road Test I did not wear Baseball Hat however at my third “N” Road Test I must to wear Baseball Hat due to I believe, it helps Examiner easier to see me turn my head once I do shoulder checks and also I speaking this things while I was doing shoulder checks: (Mirror, Mirror, shoulder) and then I turn. You must to shoulder check and speak while you were doing shoulder checks: “Mirror, Mirror, shoulder” minimum 2 times before each turn and other things you can find more in ICBC book and etc... During my visiting at ICBC in Salmon Arm I was satisfied for the services and employees at this location, they were polite and they just do their job. Take care every one, From: Nguyen (Ms)
