★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. An internet provider that can't even properly check their own emails, not a good sign.
After previously emailing staff our information, I entered the store to pick up our box. After waiting a half hour in the store, the sales lady finally arrived. She was immediately rude. She did not know who I was, and before allowing me to speak she claimed my boyfriend did not send her our information via email. He did, twice. I sat infront of her and spent an hr continuously sending her a pdf of our info on my smart phone. She could not receive any emails. I watched as she struggled to use the computer. So frustrated, I finally give up I physical rewrote out our information. I received no apology or sympathy for this inconvienence.
Ontop of this, the sales lady struggled to explain any details regarding the plans.
She did not seem to be at all competent in computers and did not have adequate knowledge regarding what she was selling.
Plus this service is over priced. We would not be using this provider if we had other options.
