★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a part for a chair through this business. They never sent it even though they charged me for it. Basically, they stole $75 from me and never responded to my emails and calls regarding this order. It has been more than 2 months and no response or refund from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered an office set through Costco. They sent me the wrong box, so I was missing 1/2 my desk. Finally they sent me the right box, but without the screws, etc.. to put it together. They also sent me something with a big chunk missing (see photo) and didn't respond to my emails to resolve the situation.
