He took it initiative and came to my place. He inspected every single corner of my place and installed bait stations. He is very professional and friendly guy. I would definitely recommend him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a huge carpenter ant problem, the time frame from which I called Abell and they got a tech in to fix my problem was only a few days, the tech was extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing, very informative about what I have to look for afterwards, very friendly and upbeat, I have had to have outside treatments done and out of the 3 times it has been done he has been at my place the same day I called or just a few days after, they are a company of quality and I feel take care of there clients beyond what you could expect, I would highly recommend anyone with a pest problem to get Abell on your side, I could not be happier with there services and am very happy to report I have not had any pesky ants back in my house since they treated my place !! Thank you Abell for your outstanding service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a lot of research picking a Pest control for ants and found Abell. They seemed to have great reviews and lots of info about ants. I contacted them through their website and the customer service was fast and amazing but unfortunately once we booked a time the technician was a mess. My husband booked off time for work to be home between 12:00-2:00 when they said the technician was coming. He never came. We rescheduled for the next morning and requested a different technician. They were suppose to come at 9:00 and we got a call at 10:00 asking if he could come in a hour or tomorrow. Huge waste of our time. Very disappointed. Cancelled.
