Terrible customer service!!! Our service department needed a hoist parts and we’ve searched online for the right place and this company came up as a professionally knowledgeable team. First time we’ve left them a several voice messages to get back to us - no result. After two days we’ve called to the “urgent emergency line”. After speaking with one of the representatives, we’ve been promised that someone will stop by our shop for the estimate during the morning at the same day. Late afternoon - no one showed up. We’ve called to double check if someone is still coming, but during some circumstances, specialist wasn’t available anymore at that day, we’ve been promised to be looked after first thing the next morning. The next afternoon we’ve called again to make sure we are not being forgotten, the same gentleman on the phone said that apparently, the specialist went for the wrong place, after having a right address written down. Representative gently apologized and asked us to send them some pictures for the parts we need in order to get them. We did send all the parts pictures and were waiting for the answer for the whole day. Right the next morning we called again for the information and luckily been told that they have required parts in stock for us! Due to emergency situation never negotiated on the price, because of critical need for those hoist parts. Furthermore, we even agreed on the extra charge for the delivery service the next morning. After two days of waiting no one delivered any parts and they completely stopped answering phone calls . As a result, a lot of customer vehicle repairs are postponed and mechanics have to use floor jacks and lay on the floor under the vehicles during repairs. Will never recommend to any serious business because of the timelines and empty promises. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
