Reliance Pest Management

I have used other pest management services over the years, but none have offered the personalized, comprehensive services Jim does at Reliance Pest Management. He analyzes the problem, offers options, but also educates - which was most beneficial for me.

Very professional and tenant friendly. Excellent at educating tenants about the problem and gives everyone involved a plan of action. Yes it does take effort from the client or tenants to do their part so all of Jim's treatment methods can have the optimal effect. Great rates and great at following up. Definitely recommend him for any pest issues.

Jim was a fabulous help to my situation. He came in and in short order explain to me what I need to do and change in my house to prevent mice. I feel confident that he will be able to help should I need future assistance or should others approach him with a new situation.

Jim with Reliance Pest Management has been doing work for me for about 3 years. I own a handful of revenue properties and he has had to deal with more than a few "bug" issues. Jim is quick, reliable and reasonably priced. More importantly, I trust him! He takes care of the issues quickly and with a minimum of hassle. I would definitely recommend him for ANY of your pest management issues.

If I could give more stars I would.... I had to call Jim due to a previous pest company (Orkin) not getting rid of my bed bug nightmare!!! They sprayed and left sticky traps all over. And said they did not see any and none in my couch, and would come back in 7days. Well....their procedure definitely did NOT work as they were hiding in my walls and my couch!!!! The bugs were Coming out late at night and I was horrified!!!! I called ( Orkin) back, and they said it would be 6 days before next appointment. That was not what I wanted to hear, so I found another company to help. I called Reliance Pest Management and Jim came the next day, he was extremely knowledgeable and re-assured me that what he does work. I’m living proof that spaying toxic chemicals is NOT the answer, but with Jim’s Non- Chemical way in treatment definitely DOES WORK and did work for me. I had two follow up appointments, and in less then 2weeks, I can finally say my bed bug nightmare is gone!!!! And hopefully I won’t have to use your services again, but if I or anyone has to, Reliance Pest Management is the only company I’ll be calling. Thank-You Jim for educating me, your prompt service, and giving me peace of mind through this very traumatic experience.

This guys look like a scammers. I called them for mouse extermination , the guy came to the house left his two of mouse traps and never picked up the call after that. Not professional at all . The good reviews on his page are because this guy request the customer after that to put a google review. Dont look at his other google reviews .

My wife discovered a mouse on our kitchen counter early one Friday morning about a month ago. She basically gave me an ultimatum: ''the mouse goes, or she ain't coming home after work.'' So I immediately contacted Jim from Reliance Pest Management. Although he initially said he was booked up until Tuesday, he was nice enough to phone me back and accommodate my request for an earlier appointment, Monday morning as it turned out. He came out equipped with literature on mice and their behaviours. He then conducted a thorough inspection of the premises, inside and out, and concluded that in his opinion it was probably an isolated mouse incident and that there was no evidence to suggest it was a family of rodents that had breached the property. He then took the time to explain to me what I needed to do to make our home very inhospitable to mice and other rodents. The first order of business was to package all the foods mice like (chips, cookies, rice, etc.) into tupperware bins, which is what I did later that day. Jim then set a half dozen traps, 3 snap traps & 3 ''poison'' traps (a pet-friendly poison to boot!). The next day Jim paid me a follow-up visit and inspected all the traps. The good news: one of the snap traps in the laundry room caught the culprit that had ''chased'' the Mrs. from the house! Ever since Jim visited, I have not had a single mouse or rodent incident. To my fellow Winnipegers, Reliance Pest Management is the real deal! So don't waste your time and money on the the big pest control companies whose ads you hear on radio all the time. Trust me on this one. They don't have your best interests at heart when it comes to managing pests, Reliance does and will give you great bang for your buck.

Jim has exterminated at a couple different properties for me and every time he gets the job done. Very professional service and very good communication as to how the job is progressing. Would highly recommend to people who are serious about getting rid of the pest issue and not just "controlling" it.
