Due to Covid my husband and myself wanted to have the least amount of people in our home and we wanted to avoid all the stress that comes with prepping the home for multiple visitors. She was very enthusiastic , extremely honest and professional. She outlined all the necessary steps and got all the prep work done with incredible speed. She knows the market very well so was able to advise us on determining the asking price. Both homes sold above asking, about three days after listing. As a bit of a worrier, it was great that all my texts, calls and emails were answered so promptly. She made the entire process a lot less stressful than it could have been. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Catherine again.
