★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used this store to purchase and get my vacuums repaired (wet/dry, Miele, BEAM) over several years. They are well informed about the strengths and weaknesses of various brands and always courteous. When I recently called about my central vacuum, he gave me a host of ideas to test where the trouble originated before spending money on repairs. Had it been a problem with just the hose he told me I could bring my hose in and he would clean it out at no charge. This was offered without identifying myself in any way - just called in and he helped on the phone.

Had a vacuum not purchased here that had developed a bad clog, they not only removed the clog but gave a very thorough cleaning and had it turned around in 24 hours for a very reasonable price! Even gave a few tips and tricks to help prevent future clogs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a great place to repair vacuum cleaners and the price they charge is reasonable given the fact that the newer vacuums and any other small electrical appliances such as food processors, blenders mixers toaster ovens coffee machines toasters etc. They don't last long in my eyes I think it's best to repair things than fill the land fields and having our goods manufactured in other countries of the world and have us Canadians help paying with the free trade meanwhile the middle man makes the money and our employment rate climbs the ladder so I feel we should have more knowledgeable technicians to help with these issues, because the quality of the material that's used now a days is garbage .
