★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a slight mixup with the colours for the 3 rugs we ordered on-line, we asked the staff at A-Z if we could talk to them in person at their Burnaby warehouse rather than shipping them back with the prepaid labels they provided without question after we contacted Amazon.
They found the perfect substitute for the ones we returned and assured us that if we took those rugs home, and if for any reason they didn't work for us, they would take them back and refund us the purchase price.
Very helpful people, who turned our initial disappointment into a positive interaction. Thanks Guys.
