★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I had an option for 0 stars, that would have been the perfect score. Not a good shopping experience all together. There many other places you can buy from within Canada with good customer service. Placed an order and got email with tracking number after purchase. On the scheduled delivery date, status got updated and no information was showing later. Waited for 5 days after the initial delivery date that was mentioned in the initial email. Did not recieve any communication about the delay as well.
Later when I called the contact# posted on the website, spoke to someone on the phone who directly blamed the courses services and said the product was waiting in their other warehouse and it wasn't their fault. When you run a business you don't run away when you have issues and blame other channel entirely. Own up to your mishap and see what can be done to improve the situation. I'm never returning back as a customer in near future. Not ideal way of doing business when you just don't care about your customers.
