★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchase a breakfast on 07Feb2023, order number 446. This was a drive through order, no salt or pepper included and I wasn’t offered jam/pj, but there was a very black hair on the underside of a piece of toast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just ate a lettuce wrapped bacon and egger with super old mayonnaise on it. Not good. I also ordered a bacon and egger COMBO and they forgot my hashbrown. I checked the receipt and they didn't charge me for it but I specifically remember saying I wanted a combo. Everytime I go here things are always way to greasy even for a fast food place. The time before this i got a lettuce wrapped burger and the thing contained half a head of lettuce and was impossible to eat. I have had more bad or mediocoe meals here than good ones.

Cos I waited almost 10 min for my food from the time i had to almost beg to be served to when I actually had to approach the tills to get it on a tray . And I had to repeat my coffee request thrice to get it poured .
All this while 3 staff stood there and 1 frantically served the drive thrus and even went out to deliver .
Not really like the other AWs
Plus not even a courteous apology

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bathrooms were spotless, the food was great and the service was truly exceptional. The girl that was helping me was very funny and we chatted about a variety of humorous things. It was nice to have a legit conversation and interaction with someone under the insane insanity that we've now been going through for 21 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the best time at your take out window today!! The lovely woman (I wish I got her name)working the window around 11:50am December 28 was such a treat. She kept us smiling and laughing while waiting for our order. What an absolute delight! We will be back because of her.....and the delicious food. Thank you so much for the way you shine in these darker times ❤
