B	Braden Desrochers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had to remake my friend's pita three times because they kept messing up the order. They forgot my order and still made it wrong but I was super hungry and was tired of waiting so I took it. The pita itself was fine but a super frustrating experience.
E	Ethan CMC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't want to taste the food, so I don't know if it's tasty. What I want to say is that they don't care about you when you ask for a HALAL certificate. My friend has a diet so I wanted to order a normal salad for myself and a HALAL shawarma (which they say they have) for my friend but they were unable to provide a simple certificate. The cashier didn't really care about our need and kept saying "I don't know" so we ended up leaving. If you leave around here and don't have a diet, you could try them But if you are not from around here and have a diet, they won't care about it.
H	Huntsville Resident on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m rating 4 stars because normally the experience here is great. However for some reason the past two times my partner and I have been it’s been awful. Both times we had issues with our pitas. My partners pita was drowned in sauce both our last two visits. he loves sauces but this was uneatable even for him. Secondly, all of the past 4 pitas we have gotten have been ripped to the point of falling apart. I’m not sure if these things are due to new staff or training or what but please fix these issues as we loved coming to this location

I’m not going to this location anymore, every time I go I’m either handed a completely ripped apart torn pita or it’s awfully made and thrown together. It used to be one of my favourite places in town but unfortunately the last 3-4 visits have just completely sucked.

N	Norma Sawyer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed at all . I ordered a salad bowl with chicken slouvaki and a southwest steak pita.. The salad was ok , but the southwest steak was chicken... I thought the grill girl put on wrong meet I even questioned them saying that's steak right the meat looks light coloured like chicken and she said no it's steak . The cashier ringing in my order even asked grill girl how to ring in southwest steak .. yet she gave us chicken .. how do you confuse the two??? My husband needless to say wasn't too impressed when he bit into what was supposed to be steak and it was chicken , but we were already out on highway heading to our destination so weren't turning around . Sadly, we usually are pleased with our food from Pita Pit but now not sure if we will be returning .
Y	Yaqoob Jamal (jamal01) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually pitapit toppings are generous, however I ordered online for the first time and the meat portion was very low and even the toppings. The majority of the wrap was lettuce. The bowl also did not include the rice that we had paid extra for, and the amount of gyro was about 3-4 bites. Possible they were low as it was later on in the night, but was definitely disappointed that we paid for a topping that was not included. Wouldn't recommend ordering online so you can verify topping portions are up to par.
