★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had 2 payments to go , lost job due to medical reasons, have to go for surgery in a week to prevent colon cancer. Already had lower bowel removed. I deferred December payment to Jan 25th. When I should be better and able to work again. I have the money to pay them as I'm on disability.
They put the December payment through, I have emails stating that they had agreed to defer the payment to January.
So they ruined my Christmas and Will cost me $180 in NSF charges not to mention dropping my credit score by 20 points.
Was told no one was available to speak with me. Only response I got was by email, if you have to email, you have time to call.
I was hung up on by a very rude service agent, finally got a call from a 416 number which I will be charged for on my phone bill. I have a 705 area code.
EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED!!!
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
