G	Gary Morrison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into the facility today to pickup lunch. While waiting for the order the clients behind myself increased to 10 with 2 patrons not wearing any facemask. The staff did not react to the matter. This was a deal breaker for me. It was the first time in being in a restaurant that a facility was not enforcing advertised COVID procedures.
C	Crystal Poulin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here almost every day before work. I end up being 5 mins in line and 30 seconds getting mine and my friends food, paid and everything. They are super quick always. And nice. Another Timmies has burnt my food every single time and it's nasty but never have that problem here, not even a but burnt. Come here if you want good food quickly. Only reason why. Not giving it 5 stars is because they say they have something at the speaker then at the window they say they don't sometimes.

We ordered soup and a sandwich and wedges plus typical donuts and coffee on the app and they made the wedges fresh for me. I didn’t mind waiting a few minutes for those.

Then my drink order was prepared incorrectly. It would have been faster to park here and walk to the other Tim Hortons in town.

When we got to the window finally, the girl had the debit reader hanging out the window at me and gave me an annoyed look when I presented my phone for points. Then she didn't say a word to me and barely looked at me as she shoved my order out the window. The hot latte did not have a sleeve and kind of burnt my friends hands also. Not to mention our "SAD" cookies!! September 13th, 2021 at 8pm.

When we called and spoke with supervisor to just inform them so that they can make sure no one else gets anything with plastic in it, the supervisor was super rude to us. She definitely has hate in her. We will definitely try to escalate this..
