★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff. When they didn’t flip my blizzard I informed them of it and they immediately offered a replacement, never experienced that before and I’m very glad they honoured the DQ code so easily. Fresh hot food, short wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive thru not listening to customers.. sloppily made food that is served wrong and cold. Happened 2 times in a row. Been going here my whole life. Dad was friends with owner. Not the DQ I know?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's pretty sad when 2 people only have 2 items, only cash and then have to wait in line for a 300$ order to go through. I'd suggest having express lane open when this happens or you'll be losing lots of customers as both other person with 2 items and I won't be shopping at your store anymore as our time is more valuable then standing in line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were the only table in there when we ordered. Another party came in, ordered and received their food. We sat for 25 minutes. We inquired where our meal was. It had be given out thru the drive thru. No one mentioned this to us.
We finally did get our meal. A quick apology. And 2 small blizzards.
Innisfail Dairy Queen, you are better than this, aren't you?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to DQ with the fam around 6pm Saturday. The staff was a few younger kids. 1 guy 2 girls. The service was better than most restaurants I've been to. Very helpful and very polite staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoy a turtle blizzard today as it was National turtle day. The young lady that served us as we went through the drive thru was very pleasant and friendly. Was going to take a picture of my chocolate Carmel turtles in my blizzard but I didn’t. I hadn’t had a turtle blizzard in year, I forgot how tasty they are. No pictures of the ice cream treats but leaving a couple of pictures I took last week in Abbotsford, B.C. Happy National turtle day 2022
