★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prem and Jimmy were super! We had a hot water tank break down and wanted to offer the tenants consideration for the days they were without hot water. They suggested a great wine, got us gift bags for the tenants and delivered them for us as we far away from the property. They are very customer oriented! Would highly recommend. Thanks again
