What the hell kind of bank doesn't have at least one adviser around at all times!? Also, they stereotype all clients under 40 as being stupid and having no financial sense, which is simply not true!

Withdrew a large sum of money .
No questions asked. Just traveling though and found a vehicle for cash.

They have been most responsive during these unusual times and really went to bat for us with our financial situation. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank you could possibly deal with. They do not care about there customers they don't pick up phone calls. They lie and tell you I expect thing just go get you off the phone. They never solve my problems. How can I call the branch directly and get sent to a call center. Is that a joke? When you tell someone that a hold will be taken off in the am then it better be taken off. I'm sick of having 3 people tell me 3 different things just to have nothing get fixed. This bank and its systems are just pathetic. Switching to a new bank as soon as I can.

I have recommended this branch to dozens who are desperate to get out of chartered banks, for obvious reasons. Thank you Innisfail Servus!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have banked at Servus Credit Union for many years and I have nothing but great things to say about this wonderful Credit Union. I have dealt with several different banks over the years and Servus Credit Union is the only bank that pays me back some of their profits at the end of the each year.
My wife passed away in 2020 and their staff was so supportive in my difficult time dealing with her estate. Right from the start they agreed that I didn’t have to probate my wife’s Will. It took over a year too finally convince two other banks to come to the same conclusion.
I have my personal and business accounts with Servus Credit Union Innisfail.
