★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service in the mortgage department - save yourself and go to someone experienced instead of having 5 people work on your file - the contact number 1-855 number only accepts calls from certain cell phone carriers - honestly it s just a hot mess!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst mortgage department ever. DO NOT ever go here for a mortgage. Ever. Go ask the devil himself, it will be less of a hassle.
We have had so many people working on this it’s just insane. No one has the right numbers, no one can answer any questions regarding issues. They don’t return calls. It’s terrible.
We have to now get lawyers involved.
Oh and the new woman running the mortgage department is a condescending smart mouth. My teenage children have less of an attitude than this woman. Who actually said ‘I don’t really understand this stuff’ as she huffed and rolled her eyes. - Well lady, I’m glad you work in finance if you can’t do basic math. ??
