★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to go to this place all the time, I went into this place the other day, and the guy, that Jen has working there. Is rude and intimidating and doesn't care all he does is huff and puff that your even in there. I said I needed a small loan just for the afternoon, I had to pawn all my jewelry to get 200 and that was pulling teeth and what I own is way more then that. Anyways I kinda felt a little sketchy about leaving my stuff there. Cause when I can back 2 hours later the guy who works there was shocked, why bud where you thinking about stealing my stuff.? This place needs to be a little more pro active about her company, or maybe Jen you just don't care anymore too bad. Anyways I will never ever again set foot in here ever. I suggest to find another place to deal with! Have a Blessed day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did experience a rather uncomfortable man working here (as another person commented here) However the next time I was in there Jen was there and I expressed my concerns to her and she apologized and let me k ow he was let go very promptly. The service is amazing there. I had to put some jewelry down for a small loan and she even called me to remind me that I still wanted this jewellery back as it was important from my family. Any other pawn shops I've been to are far less inviting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was excellent.I took my brother in who has mental challenges and the owner was kind ,considerate, and respectful of my brothers situation.
I now take my brother here every month or so to trade his DVD's and Cd's.
Service like this in today's face paced world is greatly appreciated, It is a joy just to drop in.

rude service, on the phone with her mother, making me wait approximately 6 minutes only to immediately be rudely denied because I was attempting to sell a pandora ring. Their hours online say they open at 11 so I waited to come, only to be accosted by this woman because they open at 9:30 and “we have no website so you could not have known that”
when I asked if there was another swap shop in town I got a nice toothy grin and a “nope!!!”
absolutely astonishing behaviour from “the only pawn shop in town”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never met a lady so disrespectful in my life. From the minute my partner and I walked in, I immediately felt attitude and disrespect. Speaking to the customer as if they don't have any idea what they're talking about. Argumentative beyond reason. Truly sad, first visit inside and customer service is everything...or lack their of.
