★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La qualité de nourriture est très décevante pour le prix payé. On m'affirme que le poulet utilisé pour les sandwich au poulet est du poulet cuit et ensuite surgelé.
Les commandes sont inexactes et le service très lent. Le livreur à sonner à trois adresses différentes avant d'arriver à la mienne. Pourtant, les adresses sont très bien visibles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service affreux. Ils m’ont fait attendre devant la caisse pour plus de 5 minutes avant d’être servi (restaurant était vide). Les autres employés me regardaient et ont même pas pris la peine de m’aviser qu’il allait avoir un délai.
Une des employés est venu parler avec celui qui me servait et a dit: « j’ai hâte pour une panne d’électricité comme ça on peut aller chez nous ». J’ai blagué avec elle en disant qu’il avait une génératrice à l’arrière du restaurant et qu’une panne était impossible. Elle m’a regardé avec des gros yeux sans rien dire et est repartie. Elle a « oublié » de faire mon hamburger et cela a pris encore plus de temps. Clairement elle n’était pas contente de ma blague.
Mon message pour le propriétaire, soit présent plus souvent et surveille tes employés. S’ils n’aiment pas travailler qu’il reste à la maison. Dire un bonjour et être cordiale avec les clients c’est un minimum.
En espérant qu’il va avoir des correctifs sinon plus personne va vouloir commander à ce restaurant.
Vraiment déçu de mon expérience et je suis un amateur de Harvey’s…
Et non je ne vais pas envoyer un courriel au service à la clientèle de St-Hubert… la bannière devrait avoir honte…juste à lire les avis depuis 1 an rien à changer!
Awful service. They made me wait at the cash desk for more than 5 minutes before being served (restaurant was empty). The other employees looked at me and didn't even bother to let me know he was going to have a deadline.
One of the employees came over to speak with whoever was serving me and said, "Can't wait for a blackout so we can go home." I joked with her that he had a generator in the back of the restaurant and that failure was impossible. She looked at me with big eyes without saying anything and left. She "forgot" to make my burger and it took even longer. Clearly she wasn't happy with my joke.
My message to the owner, be there more often and watch your employees. If they don't like working, then he stays home. Saying hello and being cordial to customers is a minimum.
Hopefully there will be some fixes otherwise no one will want to order from this restaurant.
Really disappointed with my experience and I'm a Harvey’s fan ...
And no I will not send an email to the customer service of St-Hubert ... the banner should be ashamed ... just reading the reviews for 1 year nothing to change!

I always like the chickens at St-Hubert as well as the burgers! So good ! And the staff are nice. Also the restaurant is honest!
